| Anglo Romanian Bank Ltd. wishes to bring to your attention through a special offer, the "3 Month Progressive Deposit". |

ADVANTAGES:
- Compensation up to GBP 50.000, guaranteed by the United Kingdom's Statutory Fund, FSCS (Financial Services Compensation Scheme)
- The interest is fixed and increases at the end of each month, taking into account the number of days during which the deposit is active
- Should the deposit be cancelled before maturity, the bank will pay the interest initially agreed for the full period the deposit is active, from the start date
- Should the deposit be cancelled before the end of the first month, interest on the entire amount will be accrued and paid at the posted current account interest rate

MAIN FEATURES:
- The available currencies are RON and EUR
- The offer is available to corporate and individual persons, residents and non-residents
- The interest can be transferred into the current account at the end of each month or it can be added to the deposit thus earning additional interest and afterwards paid into the current account at the expiration of the 3 months
- When the 3 months maturity is reached, the bank will automatically terminate the deposit
- The deposit amount cannot be decreased or increased once placed
- For every cancellation before maturity, the bank requires a notice of 7 working days before the effective date of cancellation
- The creation and cancellation formalities are the same as the ones used for regular term deposits; no other supplementary documentation is required
