Important: Anglo-Romanian Bank Bucharest Branch DOES NOT CHARGE commissions for
distributing BCR cards. All the required formalities in order to obtain a BCR debit
card are made by the Anglo-Romanian Bank Ltd employees. Therefore, IT IS NOT NECESSARY
that you go to one of BCR headquarters.
